SELAT Router is the cloud-hosted runtime core of SELAT. It receives an upstream target, probes payment requirements, returns a challenge when payment is required, verifies the retry, settles upstream, and returns the response. You do not normally self-host the router as part of the product docs journey. You access it through the SDK, CLI, or agent skills.
If you want to understand the request lifecycle, read How it works.
